Juan Kurhelec is the founder of Playland and Alex Mochkovski, from Sacoa. Both have been building the arcade industry since the 1970s. To do so, they must face the country’s economic difficulties and unfair legislation. Today, the rise of home consoles and the popularization of the Internet slow down their business, but the spirit of arcades lives on in NAVE Arcade and a generation of Argentine video game developers who grew up in their premises.
